GROUP EXPANDS
Due to significant ex-
pansion and long term
business development plans,
the GGF Group is pleased
to announce the formation
of two new departments in
the areas of marketing and
external affairs.
The new departments
will focus on the two main
parts of the GGF Group
– The Glass and Glazing
Federation and its group
of commercial companies
including; FENSA; the
largest competent person
scheme in the industry;
BFRC (British Fenestration
Rating Council), GGFi; the
industry’s leading insurance
broker, RISA; the inspec-
tions and auditing service
and Borough IT which
delivers digital and software
solutions for the entire GGF
Group and clients across a
number of different mar-
kets.
The new departments are,
the GGF External Affairs
Department headed up by
James Lee who moves from
Group Marketing Director
to GGF Director of Exter-
nal Affairs, and the GGF
Commercial Group Sales
and Marketing Department
overseen by Anda Gregory,
MD of GGF Commercial.
The GGF External Affairs
Department will focus on
the GGF’s PR, events, mar-
ket research and increasing
the GGF’s footprint in the
political arena. The Com-
mercial Group Sales and
Marketing will concentrate
on delivering sales and
marketing campaigns, prod-
uct launches and brand
development to grow the
GGF’s commercial subsid-
iaries.
In the next few weeks
the GGF and its subsidiaries
will make more announce-
ments on the recruitment
for the two departments as
well as the new campaigns,
product developments and
key events for the benefit
of all connected to the GGF
Group.

Two significant appointees have enhanced the KAT senior
management team, designed to thrust the company forward.
Phill Cresswell joins as
Sales Director, responsible
for all sales and marketing
activity at this dynamic
brand. Phill has over 20
years industry experience
and has enjoyed a success-
ful sales career with Total
Glass, MPH and Sash UK.
Phill brings a new focus to
KAT’s sales strategy and is
looking to work very closely
with a tight-knit group of
retail partners.
Steve Williams joins as
Operations Director and will
oversee all 3 KAT factories,
the sales office and distribu-
tion. With a 30 year career
behind him in trade manu-
facturing of windows and
doors, plus a stint running
his own window business
and trade counter, Steve is
ideally equipped to lead the
internal teams in support of
customers.

Mighton Boss Meets Minister
at Giant US Tech Show
Mike Derham, boss of
Cambridge-based VS hard-
ware and paint specialist

British Government Min-
ister Dr Liam Fox MP who
as Secretary of State at the
Department for Internation-
al Trade staged a reception
in support of British firms
that had travelled to Las
Vegas in January for the
massive Consumer Elec-
tronics Show (CES). With
more than 182,000 visitors
CES is the World’s leading
showcase for the latest in
electronics and Mighton
chose the event to launch its
new Apple-HomeKit based
Smart Lock.
The minister was very
enthusiastic about the tech-
nology behind the product
said Mike: “Dr Fox was keen
to learn about the sup-
port that Apple gave us in
developing the new product
and was very interested that
we had been established
in the US selling the Angel
Ventlock child safety device

the Government is keen to
develop all International
opportunities for trade as

New REHAU HR Director wants everyone to be ‘part of the family’
REHAU has welcomed
an important new team
member to its UK head
office in Ross-on-Wye with
the arrival of Sergio Fonse-
ca as HR Director for the
UK, Ireland and Scandina-
via.
Although new to REHAU
UK, Sergio has been with
the global business for 16
years and was previously
based in his home country
of Brazil, where he was re-
sponsible for the HR func-
tion in the REHAU South
American businesses.
His arrival highlights
the truly global nature of
REHAU and as a Doctor of
Business Administration,
the skills that Sergio has
developed make him the
ideal person to deliver HR
programmes and principles
that will benefit everyone
at REHAU. He places great
importance on developing
individuals to bring out
their abilities and make
them feel a truly valued
part of the team.

in South America. His
expertise in this area will
