Comedian Susan Calman will
help young achievers celebrate
Charity Construction Youth Trust is delighted to announce that comedian Susan Calman is confirmed
as the host for the 5th annual awards The Duke of Gloucester’s Young Achievers Scheme 2016.
Susan Calman is a stand up comic,
writer and actress and a regular on
radio 4 and our TV screens. She has
appeared on The News Quiz, The
Unbelievable Truth, Now Show, Dilemma, So Wrong it’s Right on radio 4
and has presented Woman’s Hour.
She recently recorded her first sit
com for Radio 4 and has also started
work on her third solo series for the
station. Most recently, she presented
‘Listomania’ for BBC Radio 2.
Susan has also acted in How Not to Live
your Life”, Rab C Nesbitt, Dead Boss and
Fresh Meat. She’s also appeared on Have
I Got News for You, QI (which she won),
Don’t Sit In The Front Row, Comedy Rocks,
‘We’re delighted to have

Show and Tell, The Matt Lucas Awards, Dara
O’Briain’s School of Hard Sums, 8 Out of 10
