The 453 casement windows , 41 front doors , 36 back doors and 38 French doors are being manufactured from the popular , high-quality Spectus Elite 70 PVC-U system .
The 41 new first-phase plots were specified with an exacting colour palette . As such the Spectus Elite 70 windows and doors are being manufactured in a mixture of Chartwell Green , Cream and Anthracite Grey foiled finishes on white to bring

individual character to the new properties .
