130 Spectus Vertical Sliding windows have been used in the sensitive refurbishment of a prestigious Grade II listed building in Harrogate , West Yorkshire . Sovereign Park House is set in a conservation area and had previously been converted into eleven superior apartments . As part of a wider programme of refurbishments on the property , 130 new windows were specified .
