Customer ratings, feedback and recommendations are an integral part of the customer journey in the ‘Go Compare’ world that we now live in yet can be a very diffi- cult service to provide and follow up for the average installer. The ERA Installer Scheme provides a freepost form for every job that is given to the customer which is sent back to ERA and added to the system. Alternatively, the customer will receive a follow-up email after the job is complete and be asked to rate online.’ Free Installer Training In addition, ongoing product training at ERA’s purpose-built HQ to ensure that installers are totally up to date with the latest tech- nological developments. With an eighty-five per cent practical com- ponent, that training offers hands on practise for installers and is receiving excellent feedback.
