FOR INSTALLERS
Installers are being urged to
register for FIT Show 2019, their
biggest business days of the year.
Organisers have re-
ported another record
breaking showcase for the
glass and glazing industry
when FIT Show opens its
doors at the NEC this May
(21 - 23). Up to 300 exhib-
itors have signed up and it
is estimated that as many
as 5,000 brand new and
cutting edge products will
be on display.
Installers that pre register
to attend the show across
any one of its three days
will benefit from access to
exclusive show offers and
discounts. Brand new for
FIT Show 2019, organisers
have worked with exhib-
itors to develop a vouch-
er scheme offering huge
discounts and savings on
purchases at the show.
Alongside discounts
on goods purchased and
ordered at the show, there
are multiple opportunities
for visitors to win prizes
with the likes of Makita and
Eurocell all offering random
prize draws for pre regis-
trants. Makita has 18 DAB
radios up for grabs, whilst
Eurocell is giving away
three composite doors a day
as well as holiday vouchers
and workwear.
Installers can also take
part in various onsite
competitions and chal-
lenges such as Made For
Trade’s Korniche challenge.
The company is offering a
£1,000 prize fund for the
quickest installation of its
lantern roof solution for
teams of two.
Installers can expect
more demos than previous
years as part of FIT Show’s
enhanced learning pro-
gramme. Organisers have
announced that BBC Young
Carpenter of the Year win-
ner, Tibby Singh Choda will
be onsite across the three
days and will showcase the
best new tools and products
on the market for installing
windows and doors.
Also new for 2019 are the
FIT Show trails which will
guide visitors to the stands
that have products and
offers just for them. This
includes a ‘new products’
trail, ‘installer’ trail and the
WWA backed and Bereco
sponsored ‘Timber’ trail.
