I am glad to present the next edition of the Pristine Panorama to update you about the range of enrichment activities and also to celebrate the achievements of our students across all phases.
We continue to forge ahead in this Year of Reading providing a variety of opportunities for our children to enhance their reading skills and love for books. Authors’ visits for various year groups was well appreciated by the students who thoroughly enjoyed meeting and interacting with these renowned personalities to benefit from their expertise in the field of writing.
Pristine School demonstrates a strong and sustained focus to promote a culture of innovation across the school. The development of problem solving skills is valued across the school equipping the learners with the ability to respond to challenging situations.
Our young students entertained festival-goers with their talents in their amazing performance at The Fringe- Emirates Airline Festival of Literature. They confidently displayed their drama skills on stage in front of a large audience. An exciting boys’ camp night included competitions like salad making, presentations and skits. Year 8 started to get ready for transition to IGCSE course by making their subject choices while Years 11, 12 and 13 appeared for their second Mock Examinations to reconfirm their preparedness for the upcoming Cambridge International exams.
I would once again like to reiterate the importance of developing a conducive reading environment at home and advise you to nurture the creativity in your children so that their passion for learning never diminishes.
