How Do I Place a Repeat Order ?

Go to PrintingCenterUSA . com and Login

From the My Account screen , select the Orders tab

Click the gold “ REORDER ” button on the selected order

Adjust quantity if needed

* Ink , paper type and finish will remain the same as original order

Select desired Production Time

Select any Other Services , such as Proof , Address & Mail , etc .

Click the dark blue “ REORDER-NEW FILES- “ button only if you have new files to submit .

What Proof Options Do I Have ?

PrintingCenterUSA has 3 Proof Options :

1 . OK to Print ( Print ASAP )

Select this option when you do not need to see any further proof . We will start printing your order once your file passes review . If there is an issue we cannot resolve , we will contact you .

2 . Please send me a PDF proof

Select this option when you want to receive an email with a digital PDF proof from us . You will receive a proof within 6 business hours via email . Check and approve your PDF proof online . Production will not begin without approval . Requesting a PDF proof will delay your order .

Or click the light blue “ REORDER-EXACT REPEAT- “ button if you do not need to upload a new file . We will use the original file from original order .

* Please note , we only keep customer files for a maximum of 3 years .

Next you will see your Instant Proof on screen to review

You will need to Select Your Proof method

Click the gold “ ADD TO CART ” button

3 . I need a Hardcopy Proof

Select this option when you have a color-critical project or you are concerned with color and paper quality . We will print a full , completed copy of your project on the same press that it will be printed on once approved in order to ensure you are getting the best representation of your project . Ordering a hard copy proof will delay your order timeline and has an additional cost .

Production begins after your proof approval is received .

STANDARD Production Time is automatically preselected in checkout and starts at 3 Business Days but can vary depending on product and quantity .

WAIT & SAVE Production Time starts at 4-7 Business Days and is available for a discounted price in checkout .

“ Print Ready ” is a term used in the printing industry to describe a PDF file that has been correctly prepared to be commercially printed . “ Print Ready ” means the file has all the specifications needed to produce a highresolution product without requiring any additional alteration or intervention .

FAST Production Time is 2 Business Days and is available for an additional cost in checkout .
