June Long Weekend in Hay Jumping castle, laser tag, balloons, flags, tents, toys, music and food galore. The June Long Weekend market on Moppett Street had all the fun of the fair after a street parade of minis, vanguards and utes. The B&S Ball attracted 970 people to town, 140 bowlers played at the Bowling and Services Clubs plus an untold number of car enthusiast who enjoyed their visit to Hay. Emma Murone sold preserves, dried herbs and deep fried broad beans. Emma also has her wares at the Hay Visitors Centre for anyone that missed out at the Moppett Street Market. Hay Girl Guides BBQ stall. Everybody's favourite lady - the donut maker, Caroline Martin, was kept very busy. Holly Gash checks out the wonderful scents of Tania Nisbet’s Soy Candles.
