Christmas visits by Santa Scorching temperatures in the lead up to Christmas Day did not stop Santa and his special envoys visiting boys and girls of all ages. Sechia Darlow, volunteer, and Melissa Adams, Kitchen Staff, at Haydays Retirement Hostel got the chance of a quick chat with Santa. Right: Mrs Harrison and daughter in law Kitty. Santa handed out lollies to all at the lunch. Santa met Steve Sharp in Lachlan a few days before Christmas. Steve assured Santa that he had been a good boy, before heading of to his keyboard and entertaining shoppers in Lachlan Street. Gaylene Stevens and Jodi Plant were busy taking photos of children, and some children at heart. Temperatures over the two days of Santas visit reached the low 40’s and Santa was ready to get back to the North Pole and cooler conditions. 6 Home for the Holidays, .Chantelle Anderson got into the Christmas spirit while working at Foodworks. Chantelle is studying Music in Melbourne and loves coming home during her holidays.
