How to Place a Graphic Order( continued)

1. Submit a Graphic Order First
• A GRAPHIC ORDER must be placed for any design-related requests. Include all necessary details( e. g., dates, location, verbiage, QR codes, pictures, and contact info) in the Notes section or attach a Word document.
• Do not submit a Print Order with edits. It will be canceled.
2. Review Your Proof
• You will receive an email containing a proof for review.
• Click the link in the email, log in to Print Shop Pro, and click“ Download File to Review.”
IMPORTANT NOTE: Log into Print Shop Pro first and keep that browser window open. Then return to the email and click on the proof link.
• All change requests must be made in the“ Approve / Return Comments” text box.
3. Approve the Graphic Order
• Clicking“ APPROVE” means you approve the design only— not the print job.
• You will still need to place a separate PRINT ORDER after approving the proof.
• Do not come in to pick up your order until: 1. You have placed a print order. 2. You have received an email confirming your print job is ready for pickup.
4. Picking Up Your Print Order
• When picking up your order, please bring your Order # for quick service.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When you place a graphic order please include all sizes needed and specify if web package is necessary. Once graphic order is approved by you, you will still need to place your own print order. Graphics department will not place the print order for you.
