Creating a New Print Shop Pro Profile

Setting up your profile with Print Shop Pro

Registration:

• If you are accessing the system for the first time, you must complete the registration in order to submit a print order.
• To Register or to Log In, select this link: https:// easternflorida. webdeskprint. com / PSP / app / web / reg / reg _ display. asp
• Fill out the form to complete your profile. Remember to click Register at the bottom.
• After creating your profile on Print Shop Pro, you must contact accounting at accounting @ easternflorida. edu before doing anything else on Print Shop Pro.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You must contact Cocoa Accounting at the email above. They are the only ones allowed to associate your saved profile with your index number. You cannot place any order without this step.

Things to know before placing a Print Order

Before placing your Print Order, take a moment to review these important reminders:

• Need to make edits? STOP. Any changes to an existing file— including resizing, text edits, or graphic adjustments— require a graphic design order before placing your print order. Print Specialists do not have access to design software and cannot make edits.
• Ordering multiple sizes? A separate print order must be submitted for each size.
• Distributing to multiple campuses? A distribution list must be included in the“ Special Notes” section of the print order. Please do not place this information in the Accounting / Billing section.
• Please remember to select a pickup date that aligns with your campus protocol turnaround times when submitting your print request.( Refer to page 18 of this guide for details.) Note: The system may auto-select a pickup date, so a quick review and adjustment— if needed— to reflect the correct lead time would be greatly appreciated.
