What is needed before starting on the Web Package
If your event requires a flyer, it must be designed and approved before a web package can be created.
Please note:
• You can place one graphic order that includes all necessary sizes and the web package.
• If you did not include the web package with the initial flyer order, you will need to place a seperate graphic order for the web package.
• Be sure to carefully follow the instructions outlined in the“ Graphic Orders” section.
Web Package includes these sizes:
Sub-Page Banner: 1366 pixels x 420 pixels FB / News Releases: 1200 pixels x 630 pixels TV Screens: 1920 pixels x 1080 pixels FB Event Cover: 1920 pixels x 1005 pixels Instagram Feed: 1080 pixels x 1350 pixels Social Media Stories: 1080 pixels x 1920 pixels Square Web: 500 pixels x 500 pixels
If the web package was included in the initial graphic order, a web package will be created only after the flyer is finalized and approved.
Once the web package is received from Graphics. Please make sure to verify that the web package has been forwarded to communications web specialist below:
