Too frequently transition planning is left to the end. Tasks are focused on training and documentation for those areas in our immediate visibility. Yet gaps remain. If the skills to identify, bridge, and fill gaps were used throughout the project there would be:
Fewer surprises;
Less disruption; and
More on-target activity
for both the project and daily operations.
