To assist low-income seniors in New Brunswick, the government offers a $400
annual benefit to qualifying applicants.

qualifying applicants.
To qualify for the benefit, applicants must be a resident of New Brunswick and a recipient of a benefit
under the Old Age Security Act (Canada): Federal Guaranteed Income Supplement (GIS), Federal
Allowance for the Survivor, or the Federal Allowance.

Forms can also be obtained after April 1st by visiting any Service New Brunswick Center.
