We welcomed two new ad hoc subcommittees to the ETC family – the ETC LIVE and Joint Resources / PRIMA committees . The ETC Live committee facilitates biweekly webinars . The Joint Resources / PRIMA committee writes content for the PRIMA magazine and ETC teaching resources . With everyone on board , the real work could begin . ETC needed to move its offerings online in the wake of COVID-19 . Toward that goal , we sent a lot of emails –
1,905 emails to be exact – and employed the help of
Quia .
GOAL 1 :
CELEBRATE OUR COLLECTIVE AND INDIVIDUAL SUCCESSES
ETC increased focused on celebrating volunteers and their successes . We shared good news on our social media accounts and in our new internal newsletter , Et Cetera . In our meetings , we got to know each other through some competitive icebreaker games . All of these measures served to strengthen the ETC community .
In early September , ETC held a virtual Fall Meeting . The meeting featured a new agenda format and informational video update ; 11 reports were read ; one ad hoc committee proposal received ; one ad hoc committee proposed ; 15 items discussed and seven items voted upon . After that meeting , ETC started work on several new goals
for 2020-21 .

GOAL 2 :
IMPROVE SUSTAINABILITY OF ETC
In October , the recordings and materials from ETC Live sessions were bundled together and offered as a subscription service through ETC . As such , these sessions were added to the Vimeo platform . Since October , we have had over 258 views on the 33 ETC Live videos uploaded to the platform . Most viewers were located in California in the United States . Our international viewers tuned in from France , the United Arab Emirates , Italy , and the United Kingdom . One of our most popular videos was " Bathe Like a Roman " by Nathalie Roy , with 19
views .
