PRIDE events are still
CRUCIAL because they raise
VISIBILITY for the LGBTQ + community,
CHALLENGE societal prejudices, and provide a space for SELF-ACCEPTANCE within our community.
They are also important for
raising AWARENESS about ongoing discrimination and
ADVOCATING FOR EQUAL RIGHTS.
Pride events act as a reminder of
the historical STRUGGLE for LGBTQ + RIGHTS and serve as a platform for ongoing ACTIVISM and PROGRESS.
