SUMMER 2017 | Grill This! | 20 Grilled Brie INGREDIENTS 2 tbsp olive oil 1 baguette, sliced 1 Brie cheese round ½ cup cherry preserves DIRECTIONS 1. Heat a stove-top or outdoor grill over medium heat. Lightly grease with cooking spray or vegetable oil. 2. Brush the baguette slices with olive oil, on both sides. Grill for a few seconds, turning once, until toasted and grill marks have formed. Transfer to a plate or platter. Set aside. 3. Brush the Brie round with olive oil. Grill for about 2 minutes, per side or until it’s warmed through, and it begins to get golden brown on each side (don’t over grill it because it’ll melt too much). Transfer it to a serving platter, and top with the preserves. Eat warm with the grilled baguette slices.
