What causes tooth decay
Tooth decay is mostly caused by consuming
foods containing sugar.
The Plaque (sticky film of bacteria) forms
constantly on your teeth, when you eat foods
containing sugar.
The bacteria in plaque produce an acid every
time you eat sugary food, which attacks your
teeth enamel.
The plaque always stays close to your teeth
and keeps the acid close too, because of it’s
stickiness.
