subject to a publication ban) and posted on the College’s website. Summaries
of the decisions are also published in the membership’s regular publication,
Dialogue, to foster general deterrence (i.e., to discourage other members of the
profession from committing a similar act).

about the Discipline Committee including its membership, the schedule
of upcoming hearings, how to attend a hearing, the Committee’s Rules of
Procedure, and strict Adjournment Practice and Case Management policies to
ensure efficiency and fairness are achieved while hearing referrals quickly.
