III.   I nsights   As   with   the   fruitful   knowledge   reaped   from   a   pool   of   experts,   “public   opinion”  should  always  be  borne  in  mind  that  it  can  only  be  acquired  under  the   circumstance   that   an   individual   are   expressing   themselves   as   favoring   or   disfavoring   in   some   specific   conditions   that   may   affect   action   directly   or   indirectly  towards  the  object  concerned (Floyd  H,  1937) .  Also,  it  is  a  collection  of   individual  opinions  regardless  of  extent  of  uniformity(Harwood,   1939).  Under   the   ubiquity   of   public   opinions,   a   liberal   democracy   can   be   nurtured   whilst   a   direct   democracy   would   be   stemmed.   Referring   to   Callinicos,   direct   democracy   is   a   social   life   under   a   type   of   government   ruled   by   the   people   who   belonged   to   the   upper  echelons  of  the  society(Callinicos,  1960).       Throughout   the   entire   election,   we   are   just   witnessing   the   rendering   of   namely   public   opinion   but   in   fact   a   kind   of   the   mimicking   bourgeois   opinion   of   the  presidential  nominee  –  Donald  Trump.  Under  his  spearheading,  the  America   seems   to   be   ushered   into   a   deliberatively   economical   well-‐being   era   but   indeed   a   society  of  oligarchy  (that  represents  the  ruling  of  the  minor  dominant  class).  By   recalling  to  Aristotle’s  constitutional  theory,  a  six-‐fold  classifications  of  governing   derived  as  follows:     ( Politics   III.7 ) Meanwhile   with   Trump’s   main   3   missions,   the   Americans   unconsciously   experienced  a  conspiracy  of  “tyranny  of  the  majority”  to  get  rid  of  the  Hispanics,   the  poverty  and  the  issue  of  inhumanity  (illegal  abortion)   under  the  deliberative   voting   system.   For   a   postulation,   John   Stuart   Mill   stipulated   that   the   mass   majority   could   contemptuously   exercise   its   own   interests   over   the   minority   group  with  absolute  power  of  suppression.  Nonetheless,  a  tyranny  of  minority  is   authentically   embodying   by   the   white,   billionaires   and   even   the   men   for   those   scorning   the   diversity   and   liberty   of   the   modern   America.   Regardless   of   who   might   raise   to   the   throne,   an   estrangement   among   Americans   has   already   been   under   spotlight   that   was   provoked   by   the   fear   against   disparity.   All   in   all,   the   Americans  should  steer  clear  well  what  they  are  really  pursuing  for  –  the  bread   or  the  invaluable  relics  that  have  already  been  in  their  pockets.   10
