REGISTRATION REQUIRED- 1 LIVE CE HOUR This course offers a global perspective of human trafficking as a whole, and focuses in on human sex trafficking in the United States as it pertains to the Massage Therapy Industry. Participants will be equipped to identify potential victims of sex trafficking and potential illicit massage businesses, report suspicions to appropriate agencies, and identify red flags in an establishment that may be recruiting. Class attendees will learn about trafficker recruitment strategies, solicitation tactics, and how to stay safe as a Massage Therapy practitioner.

REGISTRATION REQUIRED- 2 LIVE CE HOURS In this class, we will take a deep dive into the ethics of confidentiality, informed consent, professional boundaries, competency, collaborative decision-making, loyalty and cultural sensitivity. We’ ll explore real-life scenarios with practical solutions to enhance session success and strengthen the therapist-patient relationship.
