GENERAL INFORMATION
LOCATION OF EVENTS : Exhibits are in Halls A4 – D1 . Premiere Dayspa and Nails are located in Halls A4 – B1 .
ATTENDANCE POLICY : Premiere Orlando is open to licensed professionals and students ONLY . Vendors reserve the right to limit purchase quantities , and / or prohibit sales to unauthorized resellers . Vendors may require proof of professional licensing and photo ID at the time of purchase , so please have both available while attending the show . The following is a list of accepted credentials :
• Licensed Professional : photo of license
• Salon Owner : Business license
• Non-Licensed Professional : Documentation showing role in the industry . Such as business card , letter of employment from employer , along with the website of the employer to ensure they are in the beauty industry
• Makeup artist or Braider : social media , photos of their work
• Barber : business name and card , a letter from the shop owner
• Students : active class schedule , unofficial transcript , or student enrollment paperwork or progress report
No one under the age of 16 , including infants , are allowed on the show floor , or admitted in classrooms . If you have another form of credential which is not listed above , please visit Show Pass Assistance in Lobby A4 ( Level 1 ) or Lobby D2 ( Level 2 ).
ALL SALES FINAL . NO REFUNDS . All events will be run according to U . S . Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines and local authority guidance as well as any venue or location-specific regulations . By attending Premiere Orlando , you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and other illnesses or injuries .
PHOTOS / VIDEO : By purchasing a show pass and / or entering Premiere Orlando ’ s exhibit hall , classrooms or open lobbies , attendees grant Premiere Show Group / USA Beauty , those exhibiting at Premiere Orlando and approved press consent to use images or likeness in still , audio and movie recordings that have been approved by show organizers . Public social media images may also be used in advertising .

LOST & FOUND : Located at Show Management Office in Lobby A4 . All lost & found items will be turned over to Convention Center security on Monday at the end of the show .
CONTINUING EDUCATION : Florida – Continuing Education – Cosmetologists , earn up to 10 CEs in sanitation , HIV / AIDs health information , state and federal laws , OSHA regulations , worker ’ s compensation and Florida law . Barber may also earn 10 hours for HIV / AIDS health information . See page 63 for details .
Florida – Massage Therapy – Receive up to 12 hours of LIVE classroom CE credit . All classes have been approved by the Florida Board of Massage Therapy and are NCBTMB approved . See page 132 for approved classes .
Georgia Attendees – Receive two ( 2 ) credit hours towards your license . Pick up a certificate at the end of show at Show Pass Assistance in Lobby A4 ( Level 1 ) or Lobby D2 ( Level 2 ).
Mississippi Attendees – Receive 7 CEU credit hours on Sunday and 5 CEU credit hours on Monday . State Board representatives will be on hand to sign you in and out . Location : Lobby C
TRANSPORTATION : Parking Lot Shuttles : drop off and pick up in front of convention center near Lobby A / B .
Taxis : pick up in front of the convention center by Hall A / B entrance . Ride Sharing : Uber and Lyft pick up and drop off located on level 1 outside of Lobby A .
Hotel Shuttles : drop off and pick up in front of convention center by Lobby D2 . Hotel shuttles run from Convention Center to show hotels and run Saturday 10:00a – 7:00p , Sunday 7:30a – 7:30p and Monday 7:30a – 6:30p ( every 15-30 minutes ). Excludes adjacent hotels .
SCOOTER & WHEELCHAIR RENTALS : If you require mobility assistance , visit Scootaround in the Westwood Lobby on Level 3 .
UNAUTHORIZED SOLICITATION : Solicitation on the premises of Premiere Orlando by non-exhibiting personnel and the selling of Show Passes and Workshop Passes other than authorized personnel is prohibited . Products purchased and not sold in a professional salon are not permitted . All the above are violations and violators will be apprehended and fully prosecuted by the law .

As in past years , you will have the opportunity to pick up professional beauty supplies and giveaways while at the conference . Boxes available for storage in Central Lobby C .
This allows for accumulation of your materials throughout the show with unlimited daily access during event hours . At the conclusion of the show , ship your packages with us .
