Each 10 ’ x10 ’ booth = 100 sq . ft . All contracts must be accompanied by a 50 % nonrefundable deposit .

SPACE ASSIGNMENT
The following will be taken into consideration when assigning booth space :
• Number of booths requested
• Number of years in the show
• Education / Classroom participation
• Professional display design
• Participation in ticket sales program

Products exhibited on the show floor should include only those which assist the professionals of the industry . Show Management reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any company or product for inclusion on the tradeshow floor and reserves the right to reject , effect , or prohibit any exhibit in whole or in part , or any Exhibitor , or his representatives , with or without giving cause .
