Attendance Policy
Premiere Columbus is open to licensed professionals and students ONLY.
Vendors reserve the right to limit purchase quantities, and/or prohibit sales to
unauthorized resellers. Vendors may require proof of professional licensing and
photo ID at the time of purchase, so please have both available while attending
the show. The following is a list of acceptable credentials:
Professionals
• Salon/Spa Business License denoting salon/spa ownership
• Cosmetology, Nail Technician, Esthetician, Massage Therapist,
Barber License
• Professional makeup artist certification or business license
denoting ownership
Students
• Active Class Schedule
• Active Unofficial Transcript
• Student Enrollment Paperwork or Progress Report
No one under the age of 16, including infants, are allowed on the show floor
or admitted in classrooms. If you have another form of credential which is not
listed above, please visit Registration.
Registration
Your show pass allows you access to the Premiere Columbus Exhibit Hall, all
complimentary classrooms, and Main Stage. Please Note: Session attendance is
limited and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Workshops are priced
separately and seating is limited.
Photos/Videos
By purchasing a show pass and/or entering Premiere Columbus’ exhibit hall,
classrooms or open lobbies, attendees grant Premiere Show Group, those
exhibiting at Premiere Columbus and approved press, the consent to use images
or likeness in still, audio and moving recordings that have been approved by
show organizers. Public social media images may also be used in advertising.
Unauthorized Solicitation
Solicitation on the premises of Premiere Columbus by non-exhibiting personnel
and the selling of Show Passes and Workshop Passes other than authorized
personnel is strictly prohibited. Products purchased and not sold in a professional
salon are not permitted. All the above are violations and violators will be
apprehended and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Opinions stated at the conference are those of the presenters and not necessarily
those of Premiere Show Group. The Premiere Columbus organizers reserve
the right to change or cancel any portion of the program without prior notice.
Premiere Columbus cannot be held responsible for exhibitors that may drop out
of the event.

General Admission: $40 (available at Registration in Lobby B)
All Sales are Final
No refunds will be issued. If your show e-pass is lost, forgotten or stolen, you
can reprint a new show e-pass at Registration. If you have a lost, forgotten or
stolen physical ticket, you will be required to purchase another show pass to
gain entrance into the show.

Continuing Education
6-9 PM
Attendees that are licensed in the below states can receive continuing
education hours.
Ohio
Fulfill 7 of your required CE hours during both show days.
• 5 hours pertaining to the scope of practice for your license type
• 2 hours of safety and sanitation
Visit www.cos.ohio.gov for the required 1 hour on the Board’s Laws and Rules
course
West Virginia
Fulfill the required 4 CE hours during both show days.

Special Events
Beauty Cast Network Student Job Fair
ATM Locations
Located near north and south guest services centers, also in Hyatt Regency
and Drury Inn lobbies.
Food Service
Food service is available in the Convention Center Food Court, North Market
(across the street from the convention center), Starbucks and various other
concessions located throughout the event.
Lost & Found
Located at Registration in Lobby B. All lost and found items will be turned over
to the convention center security on Monday at the close of show.
No Smoking Policy
Smoking in the building is prohibited by the Convention Center.
Designated smoking areas outside the building will be marked.
