ATTENDANCE POLICY : Premiere Birmingham is open to licensed professionals and students ONLY . Vendors reserve the right to limit purchase quantities , and / or prohibit sales to unauthorized resellers . Vendors may require proof of professional licensing and photo ID at the time of purchase , so please have both available while attending the show . The following is a list of acceptable credentials :
Professionals
• Salon / Spa Business License denoting salon / spa ownership
• Cosmetology , Nail Technician , Esthetician , Massage Therapist , Barber License
Students
• Active Class Schedule
• Active Unofficial Transcript
• Student Enrollment Paperwork or progress Report
No one under the age of 16 , including infants , are allowed on the show floor or admitted in classrooms . If you have another form of credential which is not listed above , please visit Show Pass Assistance in East Lobby .
ALL SALES FINAL . NO REFUNDS . All events will be run according to U . S . Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines and local authority guidance as well as any venue or location-specific regulations . By attending Premiere Birmingham , you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and other illnesses or injuries .
PHOTOS / VIDEO : By purchasing a show pass and / or entering Premiere Birmingham ’ s exhibit hall , classrooms or open lobbies , attendees grant Premiere Show Group , those exhibiting at Premiere Birmingham and approved press consent to use images or likeness in still , audio and moving recordings that have been approved by show organizers . Public social media images may also be used in advertising .

The Premiere Birmingham organizers reserve the right to change or cancel any portion of the program without prior notice . Premiere Birmingham cannot be held responsible for exhibitors that may drop out of the event .
CONTINUING EDUCATION in EAST LOBBY Alabama school students sign in to possibly gain school credit hours . Alabama licensees can also renew a license , get a duplicate , or submit any other type of application needed .
Georgia attendees receive 2 credit hours towards your license . Certificates available at Show Pass Assistance Service Desk .
Mississippi attendees receive 7.5 CE hours for Sunday , October 23 and 6.5 CE hours for Monday , October 24 . Mississippi State Board representatives will be onsite to sign you in and out .
ATM LOCATIONS : ATMs are in East Lobby , Atrium level of the Sheraton Birmingham Hotel , and Uptown Birmingham adjacent to the Westin .
FOOD SERVICE : Food is available in the Premiere Café inside East Exhibit Hall offering pasta , tacos , salads , sandwiches and more .
LOST & FOUND : Located at Show Pass Assistance outside of East Exhibit Hall . All lost & found items will be turned over to Convention Center security on Monday at the end of the show .
SCOOTER & WHEELCHAIR RENTALS : If you require mobility assistance , please contact Elrod Mobility at 205-823-8181 during normal business hours or 205-475-3005 or 205-527-7098 after hours .
UNAUTHORIZED SOLICITATION : Solicitation on the premises of Premiere Birmingham by non-exhibiting personnel and the selling of Show Passes and Workshop Passes other than authorized personnel are strictly prohibited . Products purchased and not sold in a professional salon are not permitted . All the above are violations and violators will be apprehended and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law .
