ATTENDANCE POLICY : Premiere Anaheim is open to licensed professionals and students ONLY . Vendors reserve the right to limit purchase quantities , and / or prohibit sales to unauthorized resellers . Vendors may require proof of professional licensing and photo ID at the time of purchase , so please have both available while attending the show .
No one under the age of 16 , including infants , are allowed on the show floor , or admitted in classrooms . For customer service , please visit Show Pass Assistance located in ACC North – Plaza Level .
ALL SALES FINAL . NO REFUNDS . All events will be run according to U . S . Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines and local authority guidance as well as any venue or location-specific regulations . By attending Premiere Anaheim , you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and other illnesses or injuries .
PHOTOS / VIDEO : By purchasing a show pass and / or entering Premiere Anaheim ’ s exhibit hall , classrooms or open lobbies , attendees grant Premiere Show Group / USA Beauty , those exhibiting at Premiere Anaheim and approved press consent to use images or likeness in still , audio and movie recordings that have been approved by show organizers . Public social media images may also be used in advertising .

DINING OPTIONS : Small Concessions and coffee available on the exhibit floor – Level 100 , Plaza Level and Education – Level 200 . Food Trucks are also available and will be located in the Arena Plaza . Some dining options ’ operational times are subject to change .
FIRST AID : Located on the Plaza Level Lobby by the South facing doors closest to the Convention and Visitors Bureau desk .
LOST & FOUND : Located at the Show Pass Assistance counters in ACC North Plaza level . All lost & found items are turned over to Convention Center security Monday at the close of show .

UNAUTHORIZED SOLICITATION : Solicitation on the premises of Premiere Anaheim by non-exhibiting personnel and the selling of Show Passes and Workshop Passes other than authorized personnel is prohibited . Products purchased and not sold in a professional salon are not permitted . All the above are violations and violators will be apprehended and fully prosecuted by the law .
