a letter from
Adrienne Brandes
Fall is my favorite time of the year.
The air is crisp, the leaves are turning and the anticipation of the
holidays reminds me to count our many blessings. Speaking of
blessings, it’s also the time my husband RJ and I renew our vows -
I thank God every day for him.
This issue of Premier Coastal Properties and Premier Equestrian Properties shares with you
some summer fun in Dublin, Ireland - at the world-renowned Dublin Horse Show. And, an
article written by the infamous Bruce W. Cook on celebrating my 60th, benefiting Heartfelt
at SilverLakes Sports Complex in Norco, CA.
I have also done a Q and A on a Buyers’ vs. a Sellers’ market (See Ask Adrienne) and some
interesting predictions on what the real estate market may bring in late 2018 – early 2019.
The recipe this issue is a lovely Apple Cinnamon Bread Pudding; Fall also brings fun fashion
and who doesn’t love that? Time to switch out your sneakers and sandals for some
wonderful boots and a nice chunky sweater.
May God bless you and your families.
