Summer is here and the market remains
very strong in real estate. The village of Corona del Mar
is quite active and our inventory remains low.
If you are considering selling
your home, now is the time.
In this new issue, you will find that we’ve added a new section to the magazine
specifically for equestrian properties. As many of you know, I am an equestrian
myself. In this issue, you’ll actually find a nice article on Dolce, my new Friesian horse.
He lives at the equestrian center in Coto de Caza, and I enjoy many
afternoons riding him through the trails with my buddies at the barn.
The fabulous new listing on the back cover consists of approximately three acres
with one of the most beautiful equestrian facilities I’ve ever seen.
As the sun comes out and the days get longer, I count my blessings that I can live
in Corona del Mar and ride my horse in Coto de Caza while representing my clients
in these wonderful and unique neighborhoods.

I am also a broker in Aspen, Colorado, where my husband and I have a second home.
If you have a desire to do the same, please call me.
May God bless you and your families.
