Dressing
• 4 - 5 large slices of shallots

Directions
Dressing:
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate
for at least one hour. You may not need
all the dressing.
Salad:
Chop watermelon into small bite-sized
pieces. Chop basil. Combine all ingredients
and toss with dressing.
