» White team 3 groups » Left to right » Group 1 dribbles and beats wall dummy + shoots » Then shows for a 1-2 with group 2... shoots
» Group 1 player then shows for group 3 and plays a longer pass( 2-Touch to overlapping run by 3 and is crossed for group 2 to finish)
» Timing of the exercise crucial for success and safety
