Area: Appox. 12 x 12( adjust as necessary) Players: 16: four groups of 4, different colors Objectives: 4v2 Transfer Boxes, Two Separate Activities
Description: 4v2 Transfer Box, Transition Defending to Attacking
Two players defending: connected, don’ t get split.
» Win ball, play into teammates to other box
» Accelerated support to link up, possess
» Pair defending press ball, make predictable
Progressions / Variations: In transition, number of passes = points to stimulate quick transition to defending by the two

» Game reading by the 2 to play out of pressure » Technical quality: pass / receive

Coaching Points: Observe:

Area: Appox. 12 x 12( adjust as necessary) Players: + 2 = target players Objectives: By the four = ball possessions
By the two = win possession play out to either target
Description: Yellow defending against Red
Reacquire possession, play out to either yellow target, go link up
Progressions / Variations: Number of passes in possession by 4 = points
