Contact us at garnerprcr @ garnernc . gov and we ' ll provide more details specific to the opportunities that best match your sponsorship interests . You ' ll also be provided with a sponsorship agreement to complete and return . Per the Town of Garner sponsorship policy , all sponsorships are subject to be reviewed by the Parks , Recreation and Cultural Resources Director and depending on the level , by the Town Manager and Town Council . The Town of Garner exercises sole discretion over who is eligible to become a sponsor .
