Fluid Running
Fluid Running has revolutionized fitness by bringing running to the deep water, eliminating all impact while providing an amazing cardiovascular workout. Set to upbeat music and led by certified instructors, these 55-minute classes will strengthen your entire body with a combination of running and other challenging movements. You can burn up to 40 % more calories than running on land! You don’ t need to be a runner— anyone can do this workout, and everyone will benefit from it!

Pool Birthday Parties

Are you looking for a great new idea for a birthday party without the setup, cleanup or mess? Try having one at the pool! Our birthday party packages let you tailor your child’ s party to what they want! BETTER YET, YOUR BIRTHDAY CHILD IS FREE!
Parties must be set up a minimum of one week prior to party. Total number of participants is required 48 hours prior to the party. Birthday parties are available May 31-August 10 during our public hours( see season schedule).
