88 Process Process 89 INTERACTIONS For this extraordinary day, Covent Garden’s piazza will be transformed into a place of fashion celebration. It is expected of the Topshop Village to attract – amongst other crowds – a large number of curious London Fashionistas (see People) to the neighbourhood. Additional components will be set up to feed the social activities and encourage social interactions between visitors at the Topshop Village Photobooth A Topshop Photobooth will be set up at the north side of the Piazza to enable visitors to capture their moment at the event. Alone or in groups, every visitor will get a chance to have a picture taken. The photo booth machine will be design to take full-length picture of its models to capture their entire outfit in a street style fashion. After having their portrait taken, visitors will, on top of being offered a complimentary hard copy of their portrait, have the option to share the picture onto their social media accounts thanks to an digital screen integrated in the photo machine (See Promotion). LED SCREENS Two LED screens will be disposed on the Piazza for the running of the event and will serve as additional devices to retransmit the show to the large crowd gathered on Covent’s Garden’s Piazza. One of the LED screen will be disposed on the Covent Garden market facing Covent Garden tube station. The screen will be set up three weeks prior to the event as part of the promotional strategy (see promotion). An additional screen will be placed above the Topshop café area for the duration of the event. Visitors who will have their picture taken in Topshop’s Photobooth will have the chance to appear on screen before and after the broadcast of Topshop Unique show. Additionally, the screens will broadcast a selection of twitter and Instagram messages featuring the event official hashtags: #theartofpreparation and #topshopvillage.
