SERVICES
Nowadays, successful are the brands that can accommodate their customers with experiences that surpass
the border of product commerce. Topshop flagship store
on Oxford Street is a great example of such experience.
It is more than a shop: It is a multi sensorial place where
customer can go to benefit from services beyond clothes
shopping such as food, hair, nails salons and many pop up
installations. The Topshop village will intend to transport the
service environment of Topshop’s flagship store into Covent
Garden’s piazza for the duration of the event in order to offer
visitors the ultimate Topshop treatment of excellence.
For this event, services will be free of charge and only be
used for promotional purpose only to the Village visitors
throughout the unravelling of the event.
TOPSHOP Cafe
The Topshop café is a concept installation introduced in 2010 by
Topshop as part of its ShowSpace at London fashion week (2*).
Unlike for past seasons, the café service will be made accessible,
not only to guests, but also general visitors. The Topshop café will
be the social centre of the Topshop Village where people will be able
to socialize while enjoying complementary drinks and food throughout the day.
The food offer will not rely on catering service this season. The
Topshop café will promote local independent catering businesses (3*) to provide the Topshop café with delicacies all day
long. This collaboration will enable a strong promotion of local
food businesses as well as sustain the café with a profusion of
different food to compliment everyone’s tastes.
Helpers and security guards will work together to coordinate
public access to the café and ensure a smooth flow in and
out of it.
