70 Place Authorizations To organize the Topshop Village in a public space of Central London, Topshop will have to submit an event application form to the City of London event board. The board will review different aspect of the event proposal (*9) before allowing or not the run of the event. The Topshop Village will have to be organized in association with Capital and Counties, Covent Garden as well as Westminster council who all collaborate to the ownership of Covent Garden’s piazza. Topshop will also have to additionally negotiate with St Paul’s church management team to use the backyard premises (10*). SECURITY In addition to street security provided by the council for the event ( 11*), Topshop will hire a private security compan y to handle the flux of crowd into each of the installations across Covent Garden’s piazza. Topshop will also deploy a security team to privatize the guest catwalk area where audience with no ticket will be prohibited to enter. Security will also be in charge to protect high profile guests at the event. Process
