In a global economy, we are all connected. The changing global economy has made us all immigrants in the new world order. A new populism is rising, and now, more than ever, there is a great need to help one another. "I help you. You help me. We all rise together."
Letter from the Editor
Dear Friends & Colleagues: Greetings! Regardless of what types of politics impacts immigration legislation in America, immigrants have always been America’s greatest asset. We are a nation built on the hard work, strength and ingenuity of people who came here from another country to start a new life. People come to America for many reasons: opportunity, wealth, education. Most important of all, they come here to experience freedom.
In this issue of PR for People® The Connector we are celebrating our many members who are immigrants from another country. It is no surprise that many of the subscribers to our service are immigrants. They come from Afghanistan, Algeria, Austria, Belarus, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ethiopia, France, India, Korea, Latvia, Mexico, Morocco, Russia, Switzerland, Venezuela, and Vietnam. We are proud to get the word out about people who are working hard to build the American dream.
