What was it about the old days to call them good? From what I’ve read in the history books people had it pretty rough back then. The Inquisition, scarlet fever, slavery, the Holocaust, life expectancy was a lot shorter, people could smoke cigarettes on planes, and worst of all, rotary phones.

Things are a lot different now. We as a people are more conscious about our health, we are living longer lives, we can get an answer to any question by going on the Internet, casual Fridays at work, and of course, touchtone phones.

To me, life is looking pretty good as time goes on. I am not going to kid myself and think that everything is great. I know there are still some things this world has to work on. But for the most part, I can say without any doubt that things are changing for the better.

So leave the “gold old days” behind and enjoy the better days ahead. And with that understanding, know that every day is going to get better.

Y’NEVANO the beauty tomorrow will bring.
