Prevention is the Best Health

By Wali Collins

Why do we ignore the little reminders for staying in good health?

The doctors tell us to eat more fruits and vegetables. It is recommended to take the stairs, not the escalators when possible. Adults are told to take an extra 2 minutes in the shower to check for any unfamiliar lumps or bumps because early detection of testicular or breast cancer is important. Do not smoke cigarettes. Even the dentists tells us to floss everyday. Why? So our teeth do not fall out of our heads.

It is proven and we all know this as a fact that if we do these SIMPLE things ( I cannot stress SIMPLE enough) chances are we will live a lot longer to enjoy time with friends, family and our favorite TV shows.

Remember, laziness is very expensive.
