Regulations
1. External participants must carry their participation cards at
all times and it would also serve as their ID cards while inside
the NITT campus.
2. The participants are requested to produce their ID cards
whenever asked for by the organization.
3. The participation card is mandatory for participating in any
e vent.
4. Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited inside the
campus.
5. Kindly refrain from littering the campus.
6. Any act of misbehaviour in the campus will be severely
dealt with, leading to the immediate expulsion of the team or
contingent from the campus and any future participation
of the
team will be prohibited. A mail will also be sent to their
t
respective colleges stating the illegal activity.
7. If any participant loses his/her ID card, a fine of Rs. 50 should
be paid at the PR desk to get a new one.
8. All the female participants should report to their hostels by
9:30 pm on Saturday and Sunday and by 9 pm on weekdays.
If there is any official extension due to a ProShow or a guest
lecture, they are requested to return only by the provided
le
college bus.
9. The decision of the organisers is binding in all cases of
dispute.
