Dear PPMI Participant,
Thank you! PPMI is one of the most ambitious projects
we have ever done and one of the most critical. Finding a
biomarker that could track the progression of Parkinson’s
disease would make testing new drugs cheaper, easier and
more informative than is possible today. Which means getting
treatments faster to the people who need them.
As a staff scientist at MJFF for more than eight years, I’m always
amazed at not only the dedication of the Foundation where
I work, but the seemingly unlimited energy and hope that
people with Parkinson’s bring to the cause every day. It’s a
long battle, but as I sit in the trenches with all of you, I
see a victory ahead that is inevitable. Thanks again.
