1 lb ground turkey or chicken , 85 % lean / 15 % fat 1 / 2 cup Buffalo sauce , divided ( 1 / 4 cup each ) 1 large egg 2 Tbsp green onions , thinly sliced ¼ cup carrots , finely diced 2 Tbsp quick cooking oats ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp onion powder ½ tsp black pepper

1 . Preheat oven to 400 ° F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper . 2 . In a large bowl mix together the ground turkey or chicken , ¼ cup
Buffalo sauce , egg , green onions , carrots , oats , and spices . 3 . Use your hands to form the mixture into balls to make approximately
15 meatballs . 4 . Place the meatballs onto the lined baking sheet and bake 20 minutes . Remove from oven . Gently toss the meatballs with remaining ¼ cup Buffalo sauce .
