Cranberry Jalapeno Pork Tenderloin

Cranberry Jalapeno Pork Tenderloin

1 ½-2 lbs Pork Tenderloin 1 Tbsp olive oil ½ tsp black pepper ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp onion powder ¼ tsp smoked paprika ¼ tsp salt ½ cup water
Sauce 1 tsp olive oil 1 fresh jalapeno , finely chopped 12 ozs fresh cranberries ½ orange , juiced 1 tsp orange zest ¼ cup Splenda brown sugar ( brown sugar substitute ) ½ cup of water
Directions
1 . Preheat oven to 425 degrees . Rub pork tenderloin with olive oil and spices . Place pork tenderloin in baking dish with ¼ cup water and bake for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature reached 145 degrees .
2 . While the pork is in the oven , sauté jalapeno in olive oil over medium high heat in a saucepan for 1 minute . Add remaining ingredients to saucepan and bring to a boil . Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes .
3 . Remove pork from oven and spoon jalapeno cranberry sauce over the top of the pork .
4 . Allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing .
