Lightened Up Deviled Eggs
6 hard-boiled large eggs , peeled and halved lengthwise 3 Tbsp light mayonnaise 1 tsp mustard ¼ tsp black pepper 2 Tbsp Dill relish Paprika to garnish
Directions
1 . Carefully scoop out the yolks of the hard-boiled eggs and place in a medium bowl . Set aside the egg white halves on a platter .
2 . Add mayonnaise , mustard , and pepper to the hard-boiled egg yolks .
Smash with fork and stir until smooth . Stir in Dill relish . 3 . Fill each hard-boiled egg white half with the deviled egg filling . 4 . Sprinkle with a dash of paprika .
