Mimosa Fruit Salad
1 cup watermelon chunks ½ cup blackberries ½ cup raspberries ½ cup blueberries 2 kiwis , peeled and sliced ½ cup champagne ( substitute sparkling apple or grape juice for nonalcoholic recipe ) 1 orange , juiced 2 tsp honey ½ tsp orange zest Fresh mint for garnish
Directions
1 . Place all fruit in large serving bowl . 2 . Pour champagne , orange juice , honey , and orange zest over fruit and stir gently . 3 . Garnish with fresh mint . Chill until ready to serve .
