Add cubed chicken breast to hot pan
Add ginger, garlic, salt and pepper and let cook for 2 minutes.
Add the fresh pineapple and let cook for another minute.
Once the pan is dry, add some of the pineapple juice to de-glaze the pan. Cook for another 5 minutes and then plate.
Garnish with fresh pomegranates and green onions. Enjoy!
Stir in sugar, lime juice and cilantro.
