LAYERING ORDER (It's ART!)

-Tomato sauce-Noodles-'Ricotta'-Yam-Spinach-Tomato-Noodles-Ricotta-Yam-Daiya Cheese Sprinkle

YAM LAYER

-Chop 2-3 yams, roast for 30 minutes at 400deg

-Roast Garlic - whole

-Blend yams, 1/2 garlic, basil, cilantro in food processor

TOFU 'RICOTTA' LAYER

-Press moisture out of firm tofu

-Blend tofu, 1/4 cup cashews, 1/4 cup nutritional yeast, 2 cloves garlic, 2 tbsp onion powder, 1 tbsp cayenne powder, salt, pepper, 1 tbsp oregano, juice of lemon, fresh basil, 1-2 tbsp miso paste
