SAP CSR responded to the growing need for digital transformation support as a result of the pandemic. Organizations not used to operating remotely struggled to serve their beneficiaries due to the inability to connect in person. SAP supported both large scale strategic transformations and helped organizations learn new, digitally-relevant tools to improve day-to-day operations. 2020 also celebrated the growth and success of SAP partners harnessing technology and digital innovation to power community.
