The 3 ingredient: Super Scrub
Start out by taking a 1/2 cup of Raw sugar place in a bowl.
Brew a small 1 cup pot of coffee.
Drink the coffee lol. Let the grounds cool off and place wet coffee grounds into the bowl with the sugar.
In a Microwave safe bowl put a few tablespoons of Coconut oil in the bowl and microwave in 10 second intervals so you liquify the coconut oil.
DO NOT TOUCH! It's very hot.
Pour coconut oil in the bowl with the sugar and coffee grounds and mix lightly.
I find it's best to use this scrub after you cleanse and shave your body. Use small handfuls and scrub this all over your body. My shaved areas stay smooth about 2 weels longer than if I just shaved. This scrub costs less than $10 for all the ingredients and the ingredients supply ALOT of scrubs.. Enjoy!
